All manuscripts undergo peer review process, according to the ISaMed publication policy (i.e., each submission will be reviewed by four members - one Editor in Chief, one Editorial Board Member related to the area of expertise, two Reviewers and the final decision will be given by the Editor in Chief) and after the acceptance by Editor in Chief, authors will be notified with the letter of acceptance of the article and at the same time they are requested to pay an Article Processing Fee.

Following payment of the Article Processing Charges, papers will be made online. Articles of Editorial Board Members (who accepts the Editorial Board Invitation sent by the editorial office) will be published free of charge.
