Open Access Journal of Food and Nutrition publishes all aspects of Food and Nutrition. The Journal encourages the submissions of research, reviews, case reports, case studies, case descriptions, short communication, and letter to editor, short articles, in all areas of Food and Nutrition. All manuscripts are peer-reviewed by experts in the field of Food and Nutrition that improves the quality of the manuscript.
All manuscripts undergo peer review process, according to the ISaMedpublication policy (i.e., each submission will be reviewed by four members - one Editor in Chief, one Editorial Board Member related to the area of expertise, two Reviewers and the final decision will be given by the Editor in Chief) and after the acceptance by Editor in Chief, authors will be notified with the letter of acceptance of the article.
