Article Processing Charges (APC):

IsaMed Journals is a self-funded company and we do not get any financial support from any institution or Government. Journal operates solely through processing charges from authors. The handling fee is required to meet its maintenance. Authors are required to make payment within seven working days after receiving an invoice. Our regular article processing charges are $1219.

The basic article processing cost is as per the price mentioned above. But it may vary based on the color effects, extensive editing, complex equations, tables, extra elongation, fast peer review process.

Articles published in our case reports are open access and available to the entire community after publication under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license. This enables free distribution of research works and barrier-free access to the whole sector. To take care of the expense of distribution, author pay an article processing charge (APC) for original copies acknowledged after peer review. There are no charges for rejected articles and no extra charges dependent on the length of an article, figures or advantageous information.

APC may vary from journal to journal. Our APC charges are less than a hybrid journal subscription charges.

APC covers the cost of publication, peer review, typesetting, copy setting and linguistic support, formatting in PDFLaTeX, plagiarism correction and production of articles with many other services like indexing, lifetime online archive, marketing of each article, etc.

How do I pay?

  • It can be made through Credit Card, PayPal or Bank/Wire Transfers. Tax or administrative charges may include.
  • No taxes are included for low per-capita incomes countries applied through a waiver program.
  • Are reprints of my article included in the article processing charges (APC)? - No.
